IntelliBid Database – Item Library Maintenance
This webinar covers the IntelliBid database showing you how to perform maintenance procedures including how to edit Master Job phases and how to work with the Item database and Item Libraries. You will learn how to use these procedures to tailor IntelliBid to your specific needs by first becoming familiar with the basic structure of the database. You will learn how to edit existing items in IntelliBid’s database of over 100,000 items and how to add your own items permanently to your database. The relationship between the item database and the takeoff library and catalogs is also explained. You will also learn how to customize libraries and catalogs as well as add items or assemblies to the catalogs.
Objective: Give the user working knowledge of the Item Maintenance and how to add/edit items to customize their IntelliBid database.
