As with anything new, you need to learn how to use it’s features and where items are located. Whether you are a seasoned IntelliBid power-user or just beginning with the software, you’ll need to attack that learning curve and flatten it out as much as possible. Well IntelliBid has the tools to help you with that learning curve:
In IntelliBid the Help files are located on the top right corner of every screen. Should you have a question about a feature and how it functions or simply looking to learn how to perform a task, look for the small Blue Circle with the question mark. The Help screen will open with information pertaining to the section of IntelliBid that you are currently working in, so there is no need of searching for the topic that you need assistance with. You can also begin your search by looking through the Table of Contents (TOC) or Search for a Key Word where it will rank the Search by the amount of times that Key Word appears in the selected Title. The Help section is very well written and will be of great assistance in helping you to minimize that learning curve.
It is also very easy to access the IntelliBid Service Center. You will not have to leave IntelliBid or try to remember a web address. Remember, the link to the Online Service Center as well as the Online Videos are located on the left Navigation Bar under the Home section.
If you do not have an account, this is a good time to remind you to register for the ConEst Online Service Center. It will take you a few moments to register and receive access to all the software updates. Once you have registered, you will be notified via email when updates to IntelliBid have been posted to the Online Service Center giving you the opportunity to download the latest updates and enhancements.
