Adding Occupancy Types to your project is a good way to keep track of the type of projects you do. This allows you to do Bid Analysis or Bid Comparison on similar jobs. ConEst provides several pre-set occupancy types but there will be times when you need to add your own if we have not listed what you need.

1. In Job Register, on the Occupancy Type cell, right-click and select Maintain Drop Down values.
2. Click Add. Type in the new Occupancy Type and click OK.
3. Click OK.
4. The new Occupancy Type is shown at the bottom of the list.
Note: The order in which the items appear in the list can be altered by dragging and dropping to the desired position.
