Making Sure Your Prices Are Up To Date

Whether you’ve been using a pricing service or manually pricing the items for your jobs, over time you’ll begin to notice that some items haven’t been updated for a while. Either those items have been discontinued, rarely used, or just haven’t had time to get the attention they deserve. You’ve completed the takeoff on a job, updated pricing in summary, but you’re curious if any of the items haven’t been updated for a while.

Making Prices Up To Date

Scroll to the right and you’ll see a field labeled “Price Edit Date“. Click that field to sort oldest to newest and you’ll see right away which of the items in your job need attention.
